Lindsay & Brandon:  I was so saddened to hear of Tom's passing.  He was a positive influence in my life since I was a young child in the early/mid 1970's taking an active role in providing guidance to me.  There were many a fishing, camping, flying, sightseeing, and boating trip he involved me on and I will never, ever forget how he inspired me.  May God bless.

Dear Lindsay & Brandon: 

I was so deeply saddened upon hearing of Tom's passing.  Hearing the news immediately flushed up cherished memories for me.  In so many ways, your father served as my mentor, my tutor, and my guide while I was growing up.  

You do not know me, but I grew up having Tom in my life since I was a young  boy in elementary school back in the mid 1970's.  I first met Tom when he worked at Rossetter Ford in Peoria.  Tom sold my mother a vehicle and we struck up a friendship at that time.  I found out Tom owned an airplane and I would beg Tom to take me on flights over central Illinois.  In fact, Tom took me on fishing trips to: Door County Wisconsin, parts of Minnesota, Table Rock Lake Missouri and for a trip into Canada.  We went to a dude ranch in Wyoming, camped in Montana, and visited Mt. Rushmore and the Badlands.  Before he would become a member of the Ivy League, Tom moored his cabin cruiser aptly named "River Runner" at Sowdowski Boat Basin near the Ivy club.  We spent time when the boat was drydocked during the winter cleaning, painting and varnishing the cruiser.  We spent many weekends cruising the river taking trips up the river to Henry harbor.  That was near the time when Tom first began seeing your mother and the rest is history.

As I grew, I purchased some of my vehicles through Tom.  In fact, my first vehicle was from Tom.  After I married and had my first child, Tom was there to continue providing guidance with my vehicle purchases.  

Since those times, my family and I have moved repeatedly from state to state with my jobs and lost "touch" with Tom.  It has been 20 years now and time waits for noone.  Tom is much loved and will certainly never be missed by me.

So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing, Lindsay & Brandon. Tom was a lifelong good friend of my brother Lynn Church from Peoria High days. We remember fun get togethers with you two and your Mom & Dad at Agatucci's. Thinking of you at this sad time.  Blessings and prayers to you both!
