She was born July 28, 1927 in Peoria to William and Lucy (Shane) Keefer. She married James Cully Sep. 2, 1977 in Peoria. He passed away Oct. 6, 1995 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Jeanette Millslagel and one brother, William Keefer. Survivors include one daughter, Roberta (Roger) England of Peoria, one son, Michael (Terri) Millslagel of Phoenix, AZ, one granddaughter, and four step-children.
Virginia was a Bookkeeper for Attorney William Wombacher in Peoria. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Peoria and the White Shrine.
Funeral services will be Wednesday March 25, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
