She had a good life with her husband of 49 years, Vern (JR) Mills and their four children, Lisa Collins, Christina Behm, Richard (Marcia) Behm and Nicole Hughs; eight beautiful precious grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by many who she loved dearly, her mother, Flossie Virginia Richmond; father, Maurice Jayne; sister, Judith Smalley; nephew, Jeffrey Smalley; and her first born grandchild, Jacob Ryan Behm; and several aunts, uncles and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 6 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Inurnment will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
