Vivian Marie Wilson, 88, of Peoria, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 in Peoria. Vivian was born December 16, 1933 in Chicago to John and Veronica (Harrison) Wesley. She married Charley Wilson and he preceded her in death in 1993. Also preceding her were four children, Patricia Brown, David "Ricky" Brown, Gerturde Wilson and Charley Wilson Jr.; and one brother, Claude Brown.
Surviving are her five children, Lolita Francis, Claude (Tamra) Brown, Vanessa Brown, Valina Brown all of Peoria, and Ray Brown of Rushville; six siblings, Ronald, John, Alice, Mary Ann, Shirley and David Jones, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
Vivian enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to gospel music and spending time with her family.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 10, 2022, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Parkview Mausloeum Chapel of Peace in Peoria.
