She was also preceded in death by her parents; and son-in-law, Robert R. Schultz. She was a member of Cedar Hills Baptist Church in Peoria.
Wanda loved spoiling her grandchildren and having them stay over when they were little. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, growing flowers and being a homemaker. In Bert’s final years of enduring Alzheimer’s, she faithfully cared for him at home as long as she could. When he had to go to managed care, she visited him daily, completely wearing herself out and thinking of herself last. She was kind to everyone and was very devout in her beliefs. A special thank you for all the support and care from UnityPoint Methodist Hospice and our nurse, Trisha.
Wanda’s funeral service will be private at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Pastor Tim Beddingfield will officiate. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in Mt. Hawley Cemetery in Peoria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Hills Baptist Church in Peoria.
Online condolences may be made to Wanda’s family at www.davison-fulton.com.
