Wendy was born July 23, 1962 in Peoria, the daughter of Charles & Andrea Wolford.
She is survived by her Mother Andrea; father Charles; one sister Tracy Wolford; two uncles, Donald Wolford, and Robert (Jan) Wolford all of Peoria.
Wendy is preceded in death by one uncle.
Cremation rites will be accorded. There will be no services.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to PAWS OR West Peoria Fire Department.
