He was born January 13, 1950 in Forrest City, Arkansas to James and Izorie (Pearson) Brickhouse. They preceded him in death along with three brothers: James Lee, Verdil, and John Brickhouse, and one sister, Bertha Lee Fields.
Survivors include one sister, Airalona “AJ” Jones of Peoria, one sister-in-law, Catherine Brickhouse, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Willie was a United States Army. Following his time in the military, he worked for the Illinois Transit, Caterpillar, Inc., was a Security Guard, over the road Truck Driver, and a host of other jobs.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 26, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial with Military Honors will be Monday, July 29, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL.
