He was a very proud and patriotic American who loved his country.
On June 7, 1964, Angel married the love of his life Lula Mae Bennett. They were together for 42 years and married for 38 years. They raised 6 kids together. He loved nothing more than being a father and papa. His kids and grandkids meant the world to him. Everything he did was always for his family.

He loved building block walls and any masonry work. He worked long hours and almost all days of the week. Angel was a very hard worker and took pride in what he did.
Throughout the years Angel loved going target shooting in the mountains, fishing, and playing pool. He loved watching baseball, even more so when the Angels were playing. He would travel to Las Vegas with Lou and play the slot machines for fun. He loved to hear the clanking of the coins as they fell. He enjoyed food and going out to eat at restaurants.
