Born on June 6, 1982, in Orange, California, Monique grew up to become a woman of remarkable warmth, faith, and devotion. From an early age, she carried within her a tender heart and a determination that would define the course of her life. She pursued her education with great dedication, earning her bachelor's degree in nursing and graduating at the top of her class with a perfect 4.0 grade point average, she was the valedictorian, an achievement that reflected both her intelligence and her dedication to succeed.
Monique found great fulfillment in her career as an anesthesiologist, where she took tremendous pride in the care she provided. She was devoted to her patients, always striving to give each one exceptional care and first-class service. Her dedication to her profession reflected the compassion and excellence that were such a natural part of who she was.
Above all, Monique treasured her family. She was a devoted and loving mother to her five children, Bradley, Sophia, Maverick, Sayde, and Jovy, who were the center of her world.
In February 2007, she married her beloved husband, Eric, and together they built a life filled with love, memories, and the blessings of family. Their upcoming anniversary would have marked twenty years of marriage.
To Eric, Momo, was truly his Proverbs 31 woman—a wife of strength, grace, and beauty, whose love and devotion made an immeasurable difference in his life.
She delighted in spending time with her husband, whether enjoying a special evening out exploring fine dining or simply making memories together.
Some of her happiest moments were spent camping and enjoying the outdoors with her family, creating the kind of memories that would be treasured for a lifetime.
Momo had a special love for the colors purple and pink, and her personality often shone through in the little things she enjoyed. She especially adored her purple Jeep, a reflection of her own unique style and spirit. She appreciated beautiful things, and carried herself with a femininity and grace that those who knew her will always remember.
Her love for Jesus was at the heart of her life. Monique served Him wholeheartedly and cherished being a part of The Sanctuary church family, where she was actively involved and faithfully connected to the church and its people. Her faith was an important part of who she was, and her love for the Lord was evident in the way she lived and served.
Monique also cherished the community she called home. She loved living in Canyon Lake and embraced the close-knit, family atmosphere that made it such a special place. She deeply valued her neighbors and the friendships she formed there.
Monique is survived by her beloved husband, Eric, and their five children, Bradley, Sophia, Maverick, Sayde, and Jovy.
Though her life was far too short, the love she gave, the lives she touched, the memories she created, and the faith she carried will remain a lasting part of the legacy she leaves behind
