Long-time member of the Liftlock Golf Club & the Peterborough Italian Club. – Peacefully, after a courageous struggle with cancer, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care, on Monday, October 4, 2010, in his 74th year. Albert, beloved husband of Madeline for 20 years. Dear father of Robert & Diana Pyche (husband Dale). Loving “Nonno” of Ryan, Alyssa, Brittany & Jacob. Dear brother of Antionetta Piasentin of Toronto, and Gino Brovedani of Italy. Step-father of Lorraine Shalla (husband Shawn) and Michelle Wakely (husband Scott). He will also be missed by Joshua, Zach, Kristine and many other friends and neighbours. Visiting will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Wednesday, October 6th, from 7-9 pm and Thursday, October 7th from 10-11 a.m. A funeral will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, October 7, at 11 a.m. Interment at Lakefield Cemetery to follow.
