Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on June 27, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late John McGregor. Pre-deceased by her parents Alexander and Mae Black and by her brother John Black(survived by wife Geraldine). Much loved sister of Helen (the late Ken) Crampton, Jean (Don) Scott and Robert (Sandra) Black. Special aunt of David. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Alma worked at Raybestos Manhattan (Canada) Ltd. She was a former member of the Peterborough Bridge Club and an avid Blue Jays fan. The family will receive friends at St. Andrews United Church, 441 Rubidge St., on Monday, July 4, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. for a memorial service, with visitation one hour prior to service from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
