WIGGINS, Arlene Barbara (Clark) – Peacefully, with her family at her side, on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Arlene of Peterborough, formerly of Havelock, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Halsey Wiggins. Loving mother of Cindy (Ron Ferguson), Sandi Wiggins and Duane Wiggins (Anne). Dear grandmother of Thomas Ferguson, Ashley Ferguson, Bryant Bailey and Brenan Bailey. Dear sister of Marie, Muriel, Jim, Darlene, Judy and the late Shirley. Arlene will also be remembered by her special friends, the Delahaye family, and many other relatives and friends. Arlene was known for her hospitality. She loved to chat with her friends and family. Her heart was huge and she opened her door to anyone in her East City neighbourhood. Visiting will be held at the Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, on Monday, November 21, from 12-2 pm with a celebration of life to follow on Monday at 2 pm.
