Passed away suddenly at her home on March 7, 2013. She was born November 8, 1924 in Douro to the late Michael and Margaret Leahy. Predeceased by her husband Jack and her brothers Clarence and Frank. Survived by her sister Pauline (George) Ashmall. Retired of G.E., she was a longtime resident of Etobicoke. She loved to travel and spend time at her cottage on Georgian Bay. Visitation at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2013 with Funeral Mass at11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Douro. Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Douro.
