TAYLOR (SCHOTT), Brenda Louise – On Sunday October 22, 2023, at the age of 75, Brenda passed away peacefully and with dignity surrounded by family after a brief illness. Loving wife of 50 years of Fred Taylor. Beloved mother of Andrew (Karen Bong) and Darcie (Jason Spaulding). Adoring grandma of Jack, Evelyn, Lucy, and Jesse. Caring sister of Ron Schott and the late Bob Schott. Her love was evident in the care she provided her entire family.
Born in London Ontario to Lloyd and Evelyn Schott. She spent her childhood between Grimsby and Port Credit. She was educated at Queen’s University. She and Fred settled in Peterborough to start a family where she formed deep friendships. She was a part of a long running Gourmet Group and Bridge Club. She relished long beach vacations with her husband, socializing, enjoying her beautiful backyard, and making great meals.
Friends will be received at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street on Friday October 27, 2023, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. with tributes at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private.
