After a long illness, at PRHC on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013 at the age of 49 years. Loving mother of Shaun (Jessie) & Chantel Sulyok. Beloved daughter of Katherine “Kate” Sulyok (Rummler) and the late Frank Sulyok Sr. Proud Nana of Braiden, Isabelle and Grace. Dear sister of Helena Williams (Fred), Frank Jr. (Melynda), Stephan (Lynn) and Annamarie Sulyok. Sadly-missed & lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
