Constance Louise Moore Cudmore

Peacefully at PRHC surrounded by her loving family on July 20, 2021 in her 74th year. Loving wife of John. Beloved mother of Cheryl (Terry) Wojcickij and Michelle (Edward) Sharpe. Dear stepmother to Kim (Angus) Curnew, Kathy Cudmore and Jackie (Jason) Cudmore-Grainge. She will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, “The Gang,” and her friends. Predeceased by her parents Earle and Shirley Moore and her brothers Roy and Jim Moore.

Family and friends will be received at Ashburnham Funeral Home on Tuesday July 27, 2021 from 10-11am. Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 11am.
