It is with great sadness that we announce our brother, uncle, cousin and father, Darryl Chandler Fletcher who suddenly passed away on March 23 2023. Darryl is from Birdtail Sioux First Nation and lived in Peterborough, Ontario most of his life.
Survived by his children Ashley Wall, Jade, Cashton Fletcher, Canden Fletcher, his step sons Caleb McCullum, Christian McCullum and his long-time partner Kimberly McCullum.
Survived by his siblings, Sandra Leithwood (Brian), Beverley Butler (Greg Smoke), Patricia Smoke (Bruce), Christina Kytwayhat, Deborah Myran, Edward Myran, Gail Standingready, Sharla Quinlan (Gary), Sheryl Dundas (the late Bob), Shain Fletcher (Debbie), Larry Fletcher (Leeann).
Pre-deceased by his father, William John Larry Fletcher, his mother, Alma Myran and sister Shelley Lavery (the late Alan). Survived by his many nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough from 11:45 am to 1:45 pm Thursday March 30, 2023, followed by the service at 2:00 pm.

Interment Birdtail Sioux, Dakota Nation, Manitoba.
