After a short battle with cancer on Thursday, December 1st, 2011 at Oshawa General Hospital in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Ruth Murray (nee Owens) for 47 years. Loving father of Jeff Murray (Cheryl) and Tony Sequeira (Luis). Proud grandfather of Madigan, Logan and Domingos. Dear brother of the late George (late Florence) and Gordon (Vi). Well loved by many family, friends, and students. An active and very involved parishioner and choir member of Northminster United Church. A memorial service will be held at Northminster United Church on Friday, December 9th, 2011 at 2 p.m. with visitation the hour prior. Reverend Mir Kenniphaas officiating.
