REEDS, Donald Allin – Retired from the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office. Past RCMP and OPP Officer. Member of OPP Veterans Association. Past member of the Blue Knights. Member of Peterborough Skeet & Trap Club, and Quinte Trap League. Member of Masonic Lodge #77 for sixty years. - Peacefully, with his family at his side, at Durham Cancer Centre, Oshawa, on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, in his 84th year. Donald was the beloved husband of the late MaryAnn Reeds (nee Ashmore). Loving father of Catherine Goslan (David) and Jane Reeds (Don Roger). Dear grandfather of Lauren & Sean. Donald will also be remembered by many friends and people he was involved with through his life of public service in Bruce County, Lindsay and Guelph, and his holiday and retirement destinations of Peterborough, Deer Bay and Holiday Florida. A celebration of Don’s life will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Friday, May 10, 2013, at 11:00 am.
