Emma Bernice Stewart

August 30, 1929 – December 12, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emma “Bernice” Stewart on December 12th, 2025 in her 97th year; leaving behind a legacy of love, family and cherished memories.

She was the daughter of the late Clinton and Marjorie McComb. Bernice will be lovingly remembered by her sisters; Majorie, Muriel, Nancy, and her predeceased siblings; Jim, Eric and Madeline McComb. Bernice was the beloved wife to the late Donald Stewart, and the loving mother to Donna (Gary) Torrance and Maureen (Morley) Finch. Along with her grandchildren Tracy (Jeff), Rod (Sandra), Vickie (Darren), Trevor (Joanne), and Vaughn. She was blessed to have 10 great grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Stewart, Natalie, Luke, Maggie, Emma, Mya, Oliver, Grayson, and Carlin. As well as two great-great grandchildren: Malcolm and Violet who she adored!

The family has many wonderful memories of Bernice and Don farming on Berdon farms in Rawdon Township for many years. She had a love for music, faith, sports and television game shows. Respecting Bernices wishes cremation has taken place, following a private service in the Spring. Donations to the Campbellford Baptist Church or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
