Sorry to hear that Eric has died .
50 years ago Eric was my first boss in Canada .
We shared the same kind of education, I found out much later .
It was a pleasure to bump into him and his wife in parking lots and share stories .
Actually there should be a law that would make it a crime for people like him to leave us .

Eric and Anne have always been wonderful neighbours. A fond memory we have is of Eric lending a hand to finish off my son's tie before a big Kiwanis piano recital. I had tried everything, to no avail, and knocked on the door of an 'expert' in desperation! Eric graciously calmed us down and saved the day.
It is an honour to have known Eric and it is with sadness that we receive the news of his passing. Anne, you will continue to be the memory of Eric to those around you. Know that we are just a house away and I'm always ready for a walk whenever you are in need.

We have so many happy memories of good times shared with Anne and Eric going back over the years it is difficult to select just one.
Any time spent in their company was an enjoyable and memorable occasion. Parties, dances, dinners and lunches, and simply get-togethers were always fun. Eric was an excellent host and friend, with always a smile and a humorous anecdote to share.
His engineering talent and business skills resulted in a long and very successful career with the Fisher Gauge Company, resulting in the company's successful operations across North America and around the world.
Anne and Eric were justly proud of their "children" : Colin, Kathy and Ken, spouses and grandchildren -- and their accomplishments.
To Anne, and all the family, we extend our deepest condolences.
You are very much in our thoughts and prayers,
Rest in peace Eric, we shall miss you, dear friend.
