Heaven rejoiced as angels welcomed Flora A. Martin into God’s bright glory on April 30, 2014 in her 87th year. Flora was the beloved wife of Edwin for 65 years. Dear mother of Cheryl Benson (Sid), Fred (Marilyn) and Julie Hill (Kevin). Loving grandmother of Eric Martin, Jasmine Denike (Zack), Jessica Hill, Vanessa Olver (Gord) and Gregory “Brent” Lake and Great-grandmother of Walter, Mason, Lilyanna Denike and Jacob Lake-Medland. Flora will also be remembered by many other relatives and friends. Come celebrate Flora’s life with her family. Visiting will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm at NORTHVIEW COMMUNITY CHURCH, 1000 Fairbairn St. on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Funeral service will follow at church at 11:00 am. Reverend Scott Couper and Reverend Herb Shoemaker officiating. Interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
