Peacefully, at his home with his family by his side, on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Anne Munson (nee McFadden) for 32 years and of the late Edith Munson (nee Jackson). Loving father of Jane Snider (Cedric Depenning) and the late Arthur (Claudia). Proud grandpa of Jacqueline Handyside, Erin Snider and Jamie Snider, and great grandpa of Jared Handyside and Haleigh Handyside. George was a long time employee of Canadian General Electric and volunteer Mr. Fix-it for the V.O.N. In keeping with George’s wishes a Private Family Burial will be held at Rosemount Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the V.O.N. or a charity of your choice.
