HARTIN, Gladys (nee Clifford) – Peacefully with family present on June 8, 2020 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Hartin and John Hoey. Cherished mother of Linda O’Brien (Kevin), Colleen Ramsden, and Karen Cole (Michael). Predeceased by her parents John and Gladys Clifford. Will be fondly remembered by her granddog Bailie. Gladys enjoyed a long retirement in her beloved family home on Rice Lake. She enjoyed her garden and flowers as well as an abundance of birds and wildlife. Her greatest joy was baking and preparing for large gatherings with family and friends on her beautiful property. May God grant you always,
A sunbeam to warm you,
A moonbeam to charm you,
An angel to protect you,
Laughter to cheer you,
Faithful friends around you,
And whenever you pray,
That heaven hears you.

Love you and miss you Mom.

Gordon and I shared many a delightful visit to Glad's beautiful lakeside home, where we enjoyed lively conversations, the varied wildlife, the gorgeous gardens and delicious food often eaten on the huge deck overlooking nature. She has earned her rest and we have fond memories that we will always cherish.
