-Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, August 16, 2018, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Alan Haywood. Loving mother of Jennifer Turley (Geoff), Ian Haywood (Jacqueline), and Julie Hume (Jim). Dear grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her sister Betty Smith, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents William Henry and Isabella Ellway, and 5 sisters. Friends will be received for a Celebration of Life at COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 1:30p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations to The Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
