Jacqueline Grant Phimister Lavoie

On Sunday, October 16th, 2022, Jackie Lavoie, wife and mother of three, passed away unexpectedly at age 61. Jackie is survived by her husband of 34 years, Dwight, and daughters Jordan and Jamie, and predeceased by her son, Kyle. Jackie will be missed by siblings Beth, David, and Shirley, and nephews Lucas, Connor, Brock, and Garrick.

Jackie was an avid reader who loved stories with happy endings, an artist who dabbled in macrame, charcoal, and paint, and a mischievous spirit who enjoyed small hijinks.

Jackie will be most remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and love of doing scratchcards.

Jackie's Celebration of Life will be held this Thursday, October 20th, at the Peterborough Legion from 6-9pm, 1550 Lansdowne Street West.

Guests are asked to wear colour to celebrate Jackie's creative spirit. The family asks that those who are able donate to Sick Kids Hospital in Jackie's name in lieu of sending flowers.
