Jane Ann Bateman Linton

Peacefully surrounded by her family at Hospice Peterborough on July 8, 2024, at the age of 60. Beloved wife of the late Dennis Linton. Loving mother of Julia DeCosse (Devin) and step children Chad Linton and the late Richard Linton. Cherished Granny of Remi and August DeCosse and fur baby Ruby. Dear sister of Barb Shewfelt (the late Dale) and sister in law to David Linton (Evelyn). She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Jane loved to spend time in Lakefield where she grew up, at her trailer up north, gardening, bird watching, playing games but most of all spending time with her family and friends.

She will be remembered as a smiling face at your local retail store, a loving sister, mother and granny and a devoted friend.

Celebration of life will be held on Sunday August 11, 2024 from 2-5pm at Century Barn, 400 Stewart Line, Cavan, L0A 1C0. In memory of Jane, donations to Hospice Peterborough would be appreciated by the family.
