Jean Marie Condon

Peacefully, at home with her daughter on Thursday, July 14, 2016 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Condon (1995) and the late Raymond Girard (1961). Loving mother of Shirley Howitt (Bob), Betty Briegel (Ron), Dan Condon (Leslie) and the late Debbie Kiff. Proud Nana of Denise Howitt-McCue (Richard), Angela Caban (Robbie), Jennifer Ellement (Jason), Jenni Condon, Matt Condon and Ryan Condon. Cherished Great-Nana of Raina, Tehya, Kaleb, Avrey, Nolan, Peyton, Jordyn, Jack and Rory. Dear sister to Marjorie McFarland (the late George) and Fred Coombes (Rose-Ann). Predeceased by her siblings Percy, John, Eva Kinmond, Gwen Healey and Ron. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Jean was an employee of Canadian General Electric for 29 years. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with the late Jasper (the family dog). Visitation will be held at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Monday, July 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at THE CATHEDRAL OF ST. PETER-IN-CHAINS, 411 Reid Street, on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
