Joyce was a devoted wife, a mother, cherished grandmother, and proud great-grandmother. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, John Juskiw, and their first daughter, Christina, whom she held forever in her heart.
Joyce was the mother of Christina (predeceased) Karen and Johnnie (Adele), and a wonderful caring Nanna to Devon, Jessie, Mya, and Lola, and great-grandmother to Isla and Oliver and little Rosie. Her family was her greatest joy, and she created a home for all her grandchildren filled with warmth, love and of course snack cupboards.
Joyce will be remembered for her quiet strength, her caring nature, and her deep love for all her grandchildren and fur babies. She absolutely loved her pets and they all in their own special ways were spoiled by her. She loved Christmas and made sure her home was full of decorations, lights and sounds of fun to enjoy. She was also creative and taught ceramics for years which brought her and others much joy.
In keeping with her wish’s cremation has taken place and she did not want a traditional funeral. Those wishing to honour Joyce’s memory may do so through acts of kindness, time spent with loved ones, or a quiet moment of reflection. In the warmer months we will gather with family and friends at Karen’s home date to be announced shortly
