PURDY: Kathleen Vida passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Friday, December 8, 2006 at her home at Empress Gardens in Peterborough. Predeceased by her parents Clara Elizabeth and Amos Bristol Purdy, her sister Edith Elizabeth Wray and her brother Donald Gerald Purdy. She leaves behind her nephews and nieces, Douglas Carlyle Purdy, Richard Wray, Betty Dumbrell and Claire Hess and their spouses and children. A memorial service will be held at a later date, followed by interment at Norwood Cemetery.
