At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Palliative Care Unit, surrounded by his family on Monday, September 4, 2006. Malcolm, dearly beloved husband and best friend of Cathy Laton (nee: Crossman). Dear father of Donna Marie (Richard Bell), and Richard James (Sherrie). Beloved step-father of Melanie Laton (Gareth), and Kimberley Laton. Dear brother of Elizabeth McIntyre (John Kromkamp) and Craig McIntyre (Vi). Son of the late Ross McIntyre and Edith Elmhirst. Loving Grampa to 8 grandchildren. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Malcolm worked for many years with Mortlock Construction. Friends may call at Keene United Church (Corner of Second & North Streets), Keene from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, September 7. Funeral service at the church on Friday at 1 p.m. Cremation followed by interment at Highland Park Cemetery.
