On behalf of the Piercey / Ivany family of Port Rexton, Newfoundland, I would like to express our condolences to the family, friends & those who have cared lovingly for Marg over the past number of years. I personally recall one occassion when Marg and Aunt Lea came to visit my grandmother, the late Ethel (Ivany) Piercey, who was her younger sister. I remember how proud my grandmother was of her charming neice Marg, and the fact that she was a professional nurse working for a large company in Ont. My grandmother (Aunt Ethel) and Marg wrote each other for many years, even after Aunt Lea passed away. Then, after Aunt Ethel passed on, my mother Minnie Piercey continued to communicate with Marg and Frank until just prior to Frank's passing. 
Although our families were so many hundreds of miles apart, we always tried to keep the family connected as Aunt Ethel and Aunt Lea would have wanted.

Our thoughts and prayers will be with all those present at the memorial service on Nov. 14th. God Bless!

I can't say much about Scottie without talking about Frank and the Love that they have for each other.  I have lots of fond memories; we would talk about her growing up in New Brunswick, her nursing career and Frank.  She was a friend as well as my sister-in-law.  She is with Frank now and her Mom in heaven.  Love you both Marion.

Condolences to the staff of Springdale Country Manor,friends & other family members on the passing of Margaret "Scottie" Johns. She was such a remarkable lady as was her Mother Auntie Lee Scott. I have a ton of memories from letters, phone calls & packages at  Christmas time that I will never forget. It's comforting to know  she is with her beloved Frank & her Mother now along with my Mom& Dad.

Dear Aunt Scottie, I have wonderful memories of going to your home in Peterborough, Uncle Frank taking us to the Lift-locks and the Zoo and when we came back to Howden Avenue, you would have a wonderful meal waiting for us in your dining room.  I would be nervous about using your dishes, they were too good and I was afraid of breaking them.  You would worry about what to feed me because of my diabetes; you were always so thoughtful and kind.  You loved your garden and it was filled with all different varieties of flowers and plants all showing their vibrant colours.  I am happy you are now with Uncle Frank and your Mom.  Together again, in God's Kingdom.  Precious in the sight of the LORD, Is the death of His saints.   Gone but not forgotten.  Love Carol xoxo
