Margaret Glass Worozbyt

Went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 in her 91st year at the PRHC, surrounded by two of her daughters. Dear wife of the late Rev. Morry Worozbyt, her sweetheart for 62 years of marriage. Loved daughter of the late John H. McNeill and Cassie McNeill (nee Hunter) of Toronto. She will be lovingly remembered by her four daughters – Nancy (Irv) Wilson, Heather (Brennan) Basler; Sharon Worozbyt and Sheila Fletcher. Sweet Grandma to Kim (Alex); Jeff; Christy; Sara (Zack); Jason; and Rachel. And Special Great Grandma to Bauer; Hudson; and Oliver. Loved middle sister to the late Betty (Claude) Simmonds (both deceased); Rev. Wm. Arnold (Helen) McNeill; the late Alan (Marion) McNeill (both deceased) and sister Ruth McNeill. She will be missed by her extended family of brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and dozens of nieces and nephews. A life devoted to Christ as a support to her husband’s ministry with CSB Canada (Burlington), The Metropolitan Bible Church (Ottawa) and Church of the Open Bible (Peterborough). Family and friends may visit at COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge St., Peterborough, ON on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Friday, February 2nd, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. just prior to the start of the Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at the PRHC. Private family interment will take place Spring 2024. Psalm 23: We shall dwell in the House of the Lord forever. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
