Marjorie was a friend since High School days in New Liskeard. One summer on the last day of school, after the classes were over, three of us, Marjorie, Mary Scott and I started on a great summer vacation. We had Marjorie's new car all packed, tent, sleeping bags, Coleman stoves, cameras and clothes and so began our trek south to the US border. We travelled across the USA, up the west coast and back across northern states to Canada. We visited many wonderful places and parks. I will always remember Marjorie.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can tell you that she was such a strong lady, a wonderful nurse and just always could help the charge nurse in any situation. She was the best and I was always relieved to see her on that dreaded night shift. From the beginning of my career she was always so supportive. It was a gift to have known her. She will be missed by so many. Bev Mcgee

Marge was an excellent nurse and evening supervisor at the old Civic Hospital. When she was on shift you knew that her knowledge wit and humor could get you through any situation. Marge and Ray were friends with my sister in law (Elaine Harvey) I met both Ray and Marge together outside of work at(Elaine's and Lionel's wedding). I have many fond memories.
My condolances to Marge's family and friends.

Dear Jeff, Kathryn, Leona and families,
I was so sorry to learn of the passing of your dear mother and sister. Marge was a wonderful person and a good friend. I have many fond memories of our days as neighbours in the north end. Also the fun we had at the cottage in New Liskeard.(despite the bats in our bedroom). My thoughts and prayers are with you in the coming days.
Love to all, Marion Nie
