Peacefully at her home on Saturday, October 1, 2011 in her 86th year. Devoted wife of the late Lorne Noble Mahood. Loving Mom of Brian (Jane) and the late Robert (Marcia). Nana of Krista, Cheryl (James), Jeffery, Jennifer (Mark) and Heather (Scott); Great-Nana of Isabelle and Addyson. Predeceased by her brothers Ernest, Bill and Lloyd Smith. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am on Friday, October 7, 2011 at SELWYN OUTREACH CENTRE, 2686 Lakefield Road. Private interment will follow at Little Lake Cemetery. Memorial donations to F.R.I.E.N.D.S. (Robert Mahood Memorial Project) or Gideon Bible Society would be appreciated by Muriel’s family.
