Muriel Russell of Stratford, P.E.I., formerly of Peterborough, Ontario, in her 87th year.

She was the daughter of the late Ruby (Hamlin) and Victor Craft. Predeceased by her husband

Robert. Cherished mother of Linda Millar (Foster), John Russell (Vanessa) and Daniel Russell

(Rebecca). Precious Nanny to 11 grandchildren: Jodi Whitehead (Brad), Adam Murphy (Julie),

Scott Murphy (Becky), Kate Kimpinski (Corey), Margaret Noonan (Adam), Alex Russell (Andrea),

Audrey VanBeurden (Neil), Matthew Russell, Amy Phillips, David Shull, and Tara Downey

(Robert). Fondly remembered by 12 great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.

Dear sister of Victor Craft (Marg) and sisters-in-law Margaret Johnson, Madeline Vosburg, Bev

Merrett and Ruth Russell. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her

sister June (Harold) Belfry and her brother Lloyd Craft (Madeline). Friends are invited to call at

the KAYE FUNERAL HOME “Memorial Chapel”, 539 George St. N., Peterborough, on Sunday

afternoon, May 12, 2013 from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel

on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 1.00pm. Interment to follow at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation

would be appreciated. Members of the Eastern Star Chapter #161 will hold a Service at the

Funeral Home 12.30pm on Monday.
