Eons ago the Vaughan family (Norma's brother, Bob) looked forward to our annual summer jaunts to Chemong Lake to spend fun time. Later, weddings were attended and the cousins once again reunited. Now, it seems, social media is our source of contact. We are thinking of you at this time and send our love to all of you. L.

So sorry for the loss of Aunt Norma, the last of dad’s siblings. I am sure she was very grateful for the opportunity to live with your family Sally up until the end of her life. We are happy we got the chance to visit at dad’s funeral in May 2019.
A memory that sticks with me happened on a trip with mom and dad to the cottage. We had all been anticipating going to Auntie Norma’s. When we were sitting at lunch, my youngest sister Tania said, “Aunt Enormous, could you please pass the butter.” Uncle Jake almost fell off his chair he was laughing so hard.
Hold on to all your lovely memories. Thinking of you all, Tari Lee and Mark Hayes

I have some great memories of time spent with Norma and Jake. Sally and I putting wallpaper up in the house at the lake is one of my favourites. So much laughter and love shared with anyone who met them.
My condolences to Sally, Dave, Meg and Dalton, as well as the rest of Norma's family and friends. The love and laughter will live on through you and everyone who know her.

Dear Canden Family, On behalf of the Smith family I would like to offer our deepest condolences on the passing of Norma. Norma and Jake were wonderful friends of our parents, Vi & Wally Smith and shared many great times together. I also had the great pleasure of being neighbours of Norma and Jake for many years on Gifford Drive. Regards, Al Smith
