Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, December 16, 2024 in her 86th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Jim Adlam. Dear mother of Annie, Kate, Patty, and the late Jamie. Loving sister of the late Jack Hughes and Peg Marotta. Patricia was a long-time employee of St. Joseph's Hospital/OR. Patricia was always concerned and helpful to those less fortunate.
