Phyllis Ann Larmer

(née Lindsay)

Phyllis passed away peacefully at Extendicare Peterborough with family by her side, February 22, 2026, at the age of 84, following a brief courageous battle with colon cancer. Phyllis was a loving, caring, intelligent, and determined woman whose strength and hard work defined her life. Her greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to David, Debbie, Chris (Karen), and Kevin, and a proud grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She shared over 58 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Wes, who predeceased her in 2017. Phyllis was actively involved in many activities and committees at Extendicare Peterborough, where she was respected and loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her sister Lois (Brian) Wallace of Belleville and is predeceased by her parents, Dorothy and Phil Lindsay; her sisters, Faye Lockhart and Nancy Krabbe; and her brother, Walter Lindsay. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
