

Bob was an experienced pressman who produced various productions of printed material, such as newspapers, magazines, and books. Over the years Bob enjoyed many activities including curling, carpentry, cards, pool, coaching his kid’s sports teams, and travelling around North America. Some of his hobbies included fishing, tying his own flies for fly fishing, and wood carving. In his later years he developed a passion for YouTubing. Also, he was long time member of Activity Haven Senior Centre and Mapleridge Recreation Centre.
In 1954 he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Ethel Grace Tarr. They remained married until her passing in December 2021. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Walter (1994) and Mildred (1985). Also, his younger brother, Ronnie (1987) and grandson, Christopher (2006).
He is survived by his sons, Gary (Caroline), Michael (Alison), and David (Carol); grandchildren, Cassandra (Paul), Samuel, Todd, and great-granddaughter, Everly.
