Robert David Gorman Stafford

Loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Dave Stafford. He went quietly after a short stay on January 22, 2022 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 83.

Dave is survived by his loving wife Carolyn (nee Dempsey), children Alan (Edmonton, AB), Alison (Freelton, ON) and Andrew (St. Catherines, ON), sister Paddy Rodgers (Burlington, ON) and granddaughter Laurel (Edmonton, AB).

Dave spent the bulk of his adult life as an executive in southern Ontario, mostly in Toronto, including a stint on the executive of the Packaging Association of Canada. He retired to Buckhorn, Ontario after a successful career where he lived in quiet tranquility for 17 years.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, there will be no private viewing. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
