To Charlie and family, I am so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. I only got to know her in the last year of her work at Peterborough Utilities. She was a good person to learn from and made sure that I knew what I needed to know in order to help out. She was willing to share not only her knowledge but also the muffins that Charlie packed for her each day. Now, I didn't get them every day Charlie, but she cared about the people around her and that included me. I will miss her and will always be thinking about her with great fondness.

Charlie, Angie, Sheila, Butch and other siblings, so sorry and shocked to hear of Sandy's departure. She was a dependable and capable employee. Normally each year I would call her on her birthday and remind her that she was older than me and should start to plan retirement. We both knew she was only two days older, and we always got a laugh from it. God bless.
