Shirley June Tyndall Reid

We are very saddened to announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, after a lengthy illness.

Wife of the late Richard Reid, dear mother of Richard (Debby), Penney Eason (Todd) . Grandmother of Ryan (Stacey), Jeffrey (Codie), Jonathan, Brittany, and Andrew. Great grandmother of Briar, Sloan, Maddox, and Brixton. Predeceased by her parents, Wilfred and Mary Elfrida (Doig). Brothers Charles, Stewart, and Ronald. Beloved aunt and friend to many. Long-time employee of Sears, fondly known as the “Paint Lady”.

We will miss her love, laugh, and sassy way. Cremation has taken place, and she will be laid to rest as per her wishes.

Donations to the Peterborough Humane Society, or Heart & Stroke Foundation will be greatly appreciated. We would like to thank Dr. Morelli, Peterborough Regional “M.A.I.D” team. Dr Turner, and Peterborough Hospice for all the wonderful care they provided.
