BAILEY, Stephen Wallace – Passed away unexpectedly at home on October 17, 2013 in his 59th year. Beloved husband of Rhoda Langton. Son of Phyllis Bailey and the late Frank Bailey. Loving father of David, Donna, Stephen Jr., Kimberley and the late Daniel Bailey. Proud grandfather of Micheal, Tabatha, Robert, Justin and great-grandfather of three.
