Peacefully and unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the age of 55. Theresa, dearly beloved sister of Bernard, Stephen, Michael (Barbara Buti), and Martha (Paul) Koehn. Beloved aunt of Michael, Jennifer, Angela, and Shannon. Daughter of the late Joyce Vella and Basil Young. Theresa will be sadly missed by the LeFave and Sargent families.
