Thomas Wilfred Williams

July 15, 1948 - June 15, 2022

Passed suddenly with his beloved dog by his side at his home in Peterborough, Ontario on June 15, 2022.

Loving father to Angela, Matt (Claire) Tara, Elizabeth (Josh Hickey), and Courtney. Will be dearly missed by his former spouse Tammy Williams and lifelong friend Penny Vettor.

Devoted and proud grandfather to Nicolle, Christopher, Monica, Rylea and Violet.

Loving uncle to Elliott, Cori, Jill, Sara, Melanie, Jade, and Jakob.

Pre-deceased by his parents Wilfred and Anne Williams, his sister Jane Carole McDonald, and brother Rick Courcelle.

Dedicated and proud employee of Trent Metals for 20+ years.

Tom was a fierce protector to his children and left them with a love they will hold in their hearts for the rest of their lives. The wisdom and strength he demonstrated in life will live on in his children and grandchildren. Tom was someone who would always be there when you called, no questions asked. He taught his children the importance of self-worth and life-long learning (and the many benefits of martial arts!).

He will be profoundly missed by his children, who have benefited tremendously from a lifetime of his unconditional love and encouragement.
