Annie (Anne) Richards Atkinson of Temple, TX passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the age of 104. Anne was born on June 16, 1911 in Manchester, England and grew up in Oxford County, Ontario, Canada.
She married Fred Atkinson in Woodstock, Ontario on November 11, 1933. They later moved to the United States, eventually settling in Marion, Wisconsin until Fred‘s retirement, when they moved to Austin, Texas.
Anne was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and gardening.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, and brothers Frank Richards and Ed Thomas.
Anne is survived by her daughter, Joan Reichert of Temple, granddaughter Dori Reichert of Austin, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews in Ontario, Canada.
A graveside service will be held at Cook-Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 12:30 pm.
