He was born in Austin, Texas on February 13, 1991, the son of Dung Bui and Huong Nguyen. After graduating from Pflugerville High School and attending college in San Antonio and Austin, he and the love of his life, Victoria Saenz, began their beautiful adventure of love and life on Oct. 21, 2010. They traveled extensively around the world, while always coming home to enjoy the love of their extended families.
He had a passion for cars, traveling, video games, all sports games—especially football, fishing, photography, beaches and the ocean, never-ending family get-togethers, and trips with great friends. What brought him daily joy was spending time with his fiancé, Victoria, and their precious Maltese, Coco.
He is survived by his parents, Dung Bui and Huong Nguyen; his fiancé, Victoria Saenz (and Coco); his maternal grandmother, Bay Tran; paternal grandparents, Bui Van Cua and Do Thi Phung; his sister, Tina Corpus and husband, Jesse Corpus; his brother, Johnny Bui and Anthony’s two nieces, Jianna Ojeda and Jaida Bui. He also leaves numerous aunts and uncles, dear cousins, and close friends. Also, he leaves his future in-law family to mourn him.
Anthony’s families extend their appreciation to the doctors, oncology nurses, ICU nurses, and staff who treated him with the utmost compassion and care, especially Dr. Katherine Hudson and Dr. Aravind Ramakrishnan.
