Bruce is preceded in death by his loving wife, Susan Howard; his parents Frank and Ruby Howard and his sister-in-law Janet Howard.
He is survived by his three children, Ashley Howard, Ann Howard and Shane Howard; his sister, Nancy Rascon; his brothers, Franklin Howard, Carl Howard, Jerry Howard and Randy Howard; his grandchildren, Kylie Howard, Taron Howard and Gage Howard; his great grandchild Hadley Howard as well as numerous nieces, nephews and family members.
Mr. Howard proudly served in the United States Army between April 1968 and January 1970. Bruce was a well loved family man and will be missed dearly.
A visitation for Bruce will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 10:00 a.m. and the committal service will occur directly after at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
