Celso is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Sylvia Arroyo. He is also survived by his four sons and daughters in law: Edward and Cynthia Arroyo, Manuel and Lety Arroyo, David and Aqurila Arroyo, and Samuel Arroyo. Celso is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Michael, Ruth, Joshua, Jonathan, Lilianna, Bella, and DJ Arroyo. Celso will be missed by countless relatives and friends. Celso made Austin his home in 1970 and gained full citizenship in 2018.
He pursued his career as a skilled and successful welder for 45 years. Celso enjoyed the outdoors; whether it was cutting grass, trimming bushes, or his specialty- gardening. He gave life to many things and enjoyed watching them flourish. He would always surprise you with a fruit when visiting. Celso had a great sense of humor and enjoyed telling stories of adventure and life. He also loved to share of how God transformed his life through forgiveness and grace. Celso was selfless, hard working, and often showed his love through kind acts of service. He loved his family and loved God above all.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35 Pflugerville, Texas 78660, United States.
Farewell Service will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2020 (Service is Private for only Family and Friends)
